Tietoevry Tech Services is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the buy-out backed by funds advised by Agilitas Private Equity LLP (“Agilitas”), that was announced on 23 March 2025.
This marks a significant milestone for the company, which will now operate as a standalone entity to drive digital transformation across Nordic businesses and societies. Tech Services will soon operate under the new name, Vivicta. The new name and brand are to be launched later this year.
With over 7 000 professionals and decades’ experience, Vivicta combines global capabilities with its Nordic roots and proximity to deliver unique value to its customers. The company has an annual revenue of approximately EUR 1 billion. Vivicta stays committed to its core mission of providing transformative, leading services in cloud, data, applications, and infrastructure to Nordic enterprises and the public sector. Furthermore, the company continues to invest in developing its services, particularly in areas of automation, data and AI, for the benefit of its customers.

The management team has been working closely with Agilitas to develop a growth plan for the business, bringing both continuity and ambition for the newly formed standalone business.
