We are looking for driven and customer focused Workday Adaptive Solution Consultant who is passionate about both numbers and systems. If you're eager to combine analytical thinking with system expertise, this is your opportunity to make an impact. Tietoevry Tech Services uses Workday Adaptive Planning for financial forecasting and planning—and we also deliver Adaptive Planning services to our customers. 

With us you will be responsible for: 

• Be involved in the full implementation lifecycle - from gathering requirements and designing solutions to testing, deployment, training, and documentation
• Advising on best practices and solution approaches for clients and internal teams
• Understanding client requirements and translating them into effective business solutions
• Proactively proposing new ideas and enhancements for our customers
• Collaborating with the sales team to create and deliver client proposals
• Supporting presales and bid creation activities
• Sharing knowledge and coaching other consultants in your area of expertise

Requirements:

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Understanding of IT and Finance processes
• Experience in financial planning & analysis , consulting, or systems implementation
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion)
• Ability to analyze data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Collaborative and customer focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-minded, self-driven and proactive with strong problem- solving skils
• Workday Adaptive Planning certification will be considered as advantage

* Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
