Service Manager - Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee Data Centre Network Services for our key customers. You will be responsible for service delivery, coordination with technical teams, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise operations of data centre network services
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular service reporting
• Identify and drive service improvement opportunities
• Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT service management (preferably in networking or data centre environments)
• Good knowledge of the ITIL framework
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written
