In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Respond to incoming service requests and incidents through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring efficient communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and quick problem resolution.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team expertise.
  • Work fully independent to complete tasks delegated to you

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous work experience within IT Support, Service Desk or other IT field, as well as ITIL experience will be considered as an advantage

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service
  • Accountable mindset with ability to work independently and knowing how to prioritize tasks.
