We are now offering an extraordinary opportunity to join our HR Team in the pivotal role of Senior HR Tech Specialist. As a member of the HR Tech team, you will play a key role in building and enhancing our HR technology landscape. We’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable HR Tech Specialist to contribute to shaping, developing and maintaining our HR systems. At Tietoevry Tech Services, we believe in fostering a collaborative environment that values talent and invests in employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Systems Management

  • Manage and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Oversee system configurations, data integrity, and regular updates/upgrades.
  • Maintain an overview of integrations, between various HR systems and third-party applications

2. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Support HR processes and recommend technology-based improvements.
  • Lead the automation of repetitive HR tasks
  • Improve employee experience and HR service delivery

3. Project Management

  • Lead or support HR technology projects, including system implementations, new functionality, enhancements, or migrations
  • Coordinate with consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

4. Data & Analytics

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Provide data-driven insights to HR leadership and business partners

5. User Support & Training

  • Troubleshoot issues, manage relevant cases, and liaise with HRIT when needed
  • Create training materials and conduct sessions

6. Compliance & Security

  • Monitor data access and security protocols
  • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and data

7. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, IT, finance, and other departments to align technology solutions with business needs
  • Gather user feedback and translate it into system enhancements or new solutions
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and HR users


We expect you have:

  • Proven experience in HR technology or systems administration
  • Familiarity with HR processes and data management
  • Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with HR tech platforms (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone etc.) is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands. The salary is a part of the remuneration package provided by Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia, that includes additional bonuses and opportunities (health insurance, additional holidays, professional development etc.)
