We are looking for Scrum Master for our project. The project is focuses on digitalization and automation of processes in the pulp and paper industry. This project uses modern technology to optimise operations, improve efficiency and reduce costs. The main objectives are process automation and data digitalization.

You will be responsible for :

  • You will be part of development team ( developers, testers) and your main responsibility will be lead and guide the team effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
  • facilitating scrum ceremonies
  •  resolving impediments
  •  resolving conflicts and being an ambassador in relation to communication of team improvements to  other agile teams and management

We expect you to have :

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a team that develops or maintains enterprise software, preferably in a public cloud environment.
  • Experience as an enterprise software developer, preferably in a public cloud environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodology 
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus, as it helps in integrating development and operations for continuous delivery
  • Experience with enterprise-level software development, especially on the .NET platform, is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the concept of IaC is a plus and beneficial for managing and provisioning computing infrastructure through code
  •  Active English knowledge
