Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia is looking for a Reporting / Business Analyst to strengthen our finance team.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Analysing needs of a business in order to establish relevant practices and procedures for preparing required business reports in the most efficient manner
• Understanding business specific processes - sales, delivery, procurement, finance etc.
• Improving data flow of different business processes
• Educating users about the existing reporting tool sets, teach to obtain or prepare reports and properly utilize report data
• Handling specific reporting needs of a business, delivering ad-hoc reports
• Contributing to establishment of data quality or performance control practices
• Proposing and facilitating developments in the reporting area

We expect you have:

• Degree in Finance, IT or related field
• Work experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills, previous experience with VBA or BI tools will be considered as advantage
• General SQL knowledge, additional experience with scripting languages will be considered as advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
• Able to work with large amount of data and focus on details
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive mindset, able to anticipate issues and drive solutions
