Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia is looking for a Record to Report Manager to strengthen our finance team.

The Record to Report Manager oversees the entire Record to Report process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. A key focus of this role is driving continuous improvement of processes. This role involves managing a team of general ledger accountants.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Leading R2R team - manage, coach and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for compliance
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explaining accounting practices
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and help optimize and automize reporting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to streamline operations

We expect you to have:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in finance manager role / or similar
• People management experience
• Professional certification such as ACCA, or similar
• Fluent spoken & written English (working with foreign customers and colleagues)
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with enterprise reporting systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, change management, and networking skills
• Continuous development orientation and strong execution capability (pro-active, self-driven)
• Positive and professional character
