Quadient Developer - Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

We are seeking an dynamic Customer Communications Management (CCM) Technical person with 2 - 3 years Quadient product knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering assigned CCM development and maintenance projects, ensuring the successful implementation of communication solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1.Technical design and implementation of CCM solutions, considering client requirements and industry best practices.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality CCM projects within specified timelines.
3. Provide technical expertise in designing templates, workflows, and document composition using CCM tools and platforms.
4. Conduct analysis of client needs and develop customized CCM solutions to meet business objectives.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in CCM to continuously enhance our technical capabilities.
6. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in CCM implementations.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCM systems and processes.
8. Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Automation, etc.) on a medior level

• Strong understanding of Customer Communications Management (CCM) concepts and platforms.

• Experience working with data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV, and integrating with APIs or databases.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and collaboration abilities in an international team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions.
