Observability Solution Consultant - Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

Tietoevry Digital Consulting Application Performance Management (APM) Service provides customer dedicated application performance monitoring and management services.

APM Service supplements Tietoevry Digital Performance Management (DPM) service. DPM Service combines standardized and centralized application monitoring tool Platform and operations service with the data-analytics capabilities of application performance and customer experience with centralized and standardized tool platforms. APM Service offers customer dedicated and tool independent consultancy service as well as customer dedicated monitoring tool management services.

APM Service can be used together with any Tietoevry or 3rd party hosted target application for advanced performance analytics and consultation functions. APM Service is often used together with DevOps, AIOps, Application Operations, Application Management and/or Quality Assurance services.

Your work will include: 

APM Implementation phase

• Implementation, configuration and testing of the designed APM solution 

• Customer-specific APM Solution documentation creation.

• APM solution transfer to production

You will be responsible for:

• analyze of current APM demands and challenges within customer environments

• design and implementation of APM tool(s) based on the customer needs and demands (Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, ...)

• maintain the already implemented solutions

• provide consultancy and suggest improvements so customer can empower the insight of customer environments

• ultimate goal is increase observability for the customer's environment to predict environment anomalies and help them to deliver exceptional customer experiences

This role will suit for you, if you have: 

• DevOps skills (focus on observability)

• Development skills (.NET, Java)

• Technical background in APM (Dynatrace, other monitoring solutions)

• Knowledge of Kubernetes monitoring

• Fluent English

• Good communication skills

• Analytic thinking

• Vision to customer
