Are you a facilities leader who thrives on strategy, innovation, and people? Tietoevry Tech Services is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee our operations across Baltics, Czechia and Norway.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive smart and sustainable workplace solutions, and help shape environments that support hybrid work, flexibility, and employee experience.

With us you will be responsible for:

  • Lead regional facility operations including maintenance, security, reception, cleaning, office beverage services and similar
  • Lead and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance
  • Drive strategic initiatives in workplace design, hybrid work, and future-ready environments
  • Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence
  • Oversee contracts and service providers to ensure SLA compliance, high-quality service delivery, and cost control
  • Lead the planning and execution of design and build projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, budget, timelines, and quality
  • Own budgeting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement for your facilities
  • Champion sustainability by implementing environmentally responsible practices and tracking impact
  • Use data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize performance, and improve workplace outcomes
  • Contribute to workplace governance and strategic space planning in your region
  • Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction, responding to feedback with measurable improvements

We expect you to have:

  • A degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or a related field is advantage
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing corporate facilities across multiple sites and regions
  • Proven track record managing service providers, contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Understanding of facility management best practices, compliance standards, and digital tools
  • Fluency in English (for communication with foreign colleagues and suppliers)
  • Decisive, solution-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands. The salary is a part of the remuneration package provided by Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia, that includes additional bonuses and opportunities (health insurance, additional holidays, professional development etc.
