Are you ready for the next step as an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) consultant at Tietoevry Tech Services?

Tietoevry Tech Services Unit 4 team is looking for ERP Consultant. As a Consultant you will work with teams on various tasks for new and existing clients, including project implementation, system upgrades, support, and application management tasks. With us, you can contribute to groundbreaking and socially beneficial projects and tasks while building your competence in an international environment through certifications, courses, and professional gatherings.

With us you will be responsible for:

  • Performing consultant tasks related to the modernization of the ERP platform
  • Combining technological understanding with process and domain knowledge to create added value for our customers
  • Designing and implementing e-learning materials for various business processes supported by the ERP solution
  • Designing and implementing use-case demo scenarios
  • Process and system documentation
  • Various technical and functional tasks such as conversion, scripting, and rewriting
  • System testing
  • Handling and assisting in resolving customer support inquiries
  • Contributing to various administrative tasks

We expect you have:

  • Experience in work with any ERP as a consultant or user (accounting, payroll, financial processes, and/or logistics)
  • Relevant higher education
  • Good spoken and written English language skills (for working with foreign clients and colleagues)
  • Scandinavian language knowledge will be considered as an advantage (for working with foreign clients and colleagues)
  • Great enthusiasm for working technically/functionally with IT systems

  • You have analytic thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are service-oriented, enjoy problem-solving and are focused on continuous improvement
  • You can collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners
  • You have consultant mindset, excellent communication, planning and organization skills
