We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities are to support our Marketing teams to generate leads – and be the go-to-person related to our websites and social media channels.
With us you will be responsible for:
Maintaining and developing the company websites in collaboration with the development team, providing support to publishing, user trainings, as well as SEO
Acting as the single point of contact for Social Media & Marketing tools, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements
Being a super user of our Marketing Automation / CRM; creating events, sending out emails, setting up customer journeys, creating segmentations and supporting lead management
Preparing monthly analytics reports with actionable insights for the Marketing and Communications team
Participate in cross -functional development projects in the intersection of marketing, sales and IT
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing either in an agency or within an organization
Relevant education in marketing, technology or related field
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot or similar
Basic knowledge of organic and paid channels (especially social media) and familiarity with marketing tools
Knowledge and skills to continuously improve SEO performance
Fluent spoken & written English (working with foreign customers and colleagues)
High energy, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
Strong collaboration skills, seek solutions and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
