We are looking for a colleague with a genuine interest in People, Business and Finance to strengthen our dedicated and professional Finance team at Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia. If you are passionate about streamlining business processes and making them as efficient as possible, please apply.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead, expand and develop Delivery Support Finance services
• Plan and coordinate work based on the demand from business units
• Ensure that the services delivered by the team members meet customer expectations regarding agreed deadlines and KPIs. Be accountable for the performance and results
• Continuously develop, implement, and monitor operational efficiency, speed, cost, and quality. Work closely with development team and other stakeholders in order to identify best practices and implement process improvements
• Forecast resource needs; manage allocated budget
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team members, including their competence development
• Establish a productive, positive and ethical work environment

We expect you to have:

• Fluent spoken & written English (working with foreign customers and colleagues)
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related area
• Experience in finance field (3-5 years)
• People management experience (direct or indirect)
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, change management, and networking skills
• Continuous development orientation and strong execution capability (pro-active, self-driven)
• Positive and professional character

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
