We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive and expand our sales initiatives in Microsoft OneCloud solution OCM.
OCM is a private cloud solution based on Microsoft Hyper-V technology that offers scalable compute and storage capacity combined with a user-friendly interface and automation. Services such as server management, backup and virus protection are also included. We provide these services to our Nordic customers from data centres in Finland, Sweden and Norway.

What will be your main responsibility :
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate customers.
Independently lead business negotiations, create proposals, and manage the full sales cycle.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and tailor solutions based on customer requirements.
Stay up-to-date with cloud technology trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Support the execution of the company's sales strategy within assigned territories and focused sales bet product areas.
We expect you have:
Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in cloud services or infrastructure solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and market dynamics (AWS, Azure, private cloud).
Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to establish and nurture long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
Results-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Fluent English (business level) for effective communication with international stakeholders.
