We are looking for a NextGen Services Business Development lead to join our NextGen Services team in a role that will be tailored to your experience and future goals — whether as a Solution Consultant, Technical Architect, or Business Development Lead. You will play a central role in both customer delivery and internal development, working with skilled colleagues and forward-looking clients across industries.

Your role can include:

• Acting as a technical lead, solution architect, or consultant in NextGen services projects
• Engaging in presales activities such as customer workshops, scoping sessions, and technical demos
• Advising customers on how to best use the NextGen Services to drive efficiencies and transformation
• Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using NextGen services
• Participating in proposal creation and solution offering development in close collaboration with sales teams
• Working closely with developers and business stakeholders — guiding teams and mentoring colleagues

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Broad experience with ADM, IT service management, Monitoring, AIOPs, Automation, Generative/traditional AI, Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)  
• A solid understanding of Application Management, ITIL, IT process automation
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Technical architecture or solution design
  • Consulting or advisory roles
  • Leading teams or delivery projects
• A customer-oriented and consultative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into solution proposals
• Interest or experience in supporting sales processes (e.g., presales, RFP responses, customer pitches)
• Hands-on ability to build or review solutions
• An interest in productizing solutions and scaling repeatable service models
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with customer stakeholders

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with AI-powered solutions, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or related services
• Prior involvement in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences

Language requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish and English is required
• Swedish is considered an advantage
