Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia is looking for Accounts Receivables Accountant to strengthen our accounting team.

With us you will be responsible for: 

  • Performing customers' billing process according to Tietoevry Tech Services policies and procedures
  • Providing support to local finance teams with respect to Accounts Receivables matters
  • Performing monthly closing activities
  • Taking part in various internal development initiatives and other Accounts Receivable related assignments (including re-invoicing, AR credit notes, AR interest notes, Dunning)
  • Preparing reports for internal customers, auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders
  • Taking care of maintaining the internal documentation (manuals, instructions etc.)

We expect you have: 

  • Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field (could be student)
  • Previous experience in finance and/or accounting will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Detailed oriented personality with logical thinking
  • Very good communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility
