How does our hiring process work? 

· First, you will be contacted by Ivana (Recruiter) to discuss your experience, technologies you work with, expectations for the new position, etc. She will also provide more information about our company, team, customers, and role requirements. 

· If it makes sense for both parties, we will arrange a meeting - either in person at one of our branches (Brno, Ostrava) or through an online meeting with the team manager, Pavel Ondrusz.  

· If needed, you will have a second round with the customer, conducted in English. 

· After the meeting, we will provide feedback, whether positive or negative. We also appreciate feedback from you to know what we can improve on 😊. 

· Prior to your start date, the team manager will contact you to finalize hardware details and discuss the first days, so you know what to expect. 

We look for you if you have: 

• knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines 

• proficiency in C# & .NET 

• experience with ASP.NET WebAPI and API design 

• expertise in Dependency Injection - .NET, Entity Framework Core, Unit of work, and Repository pattern 

• strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MsSQL) 

• understanding of system architecture, networking principles, and distributed systems 

• experience with cloud platforms like Azure and containerization technologies such as Docker 

• familiarity with Azure services (AppService, Functions, SQL Database, Azure Service Bus) 

• understanding of design patterns, microservices, Azure Application Insights, Azure DevOps, MediatR 

• fluent English
